Daniel Alan McGowan

Even though Daniel McGowan is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, he told me that the majority of his clients are in Florida, "Because Florida is where the money is.". That statement alone provides a great deal of insight about Daniel McGowan's character, and morals. He is a dish...onest attorney who does not follow through on what he says that he will do. We had a meeting at his Cleveland, Ohio office, and at that meeting Daniel McGowan told me that he would help me with a very difficult trust situation that I am involved in. He asked me to provide him with some documentation regarding this trust situation. Later that same day, I emailed a large number of files to Daniel McGowan containing the information that he had requested. After that, he did not return my telephone calls, and he did not respond to my emails. Almost two weeks after our meeting, Daniel McGowan finally sent me an email to let me know that he still had not thoroughly reviewed the materials that I had emailed, to him. After that email, he continued to ignore my attempts to get updates. Time was going by, and nothing was getting done. Then, after one month had gone by, he finally responded to an email that I had sent to let him know that I was still waiting to hear back from him with an email giving me the brush off. Dealing with Daniel McGowan was a complete waste of time; time that I could have used to find a capable attorney to represent me.

Mr. McGowan quickly and decisively understood all of the issues and advised me extensively bringing both clarity and vision to a process I had been completely ignorant about. He personally guided me through the issues and protected our family's property from being stolen by my brother, who is a lawy...er. I would give him a "10" if I could - beyond exceptional!
