About John
Biography
I joined Ulmer & Berne's real etstate group upon passing the July 2008 bar examination. My interest in real estate is largely derived from my passion for urban history and redevelopment. I take great satisfaction in seeing the changes our firm's work makes in the built landscape where we reside.
I grew up in the Cleveland area and currently live in the West Park neighborhood of Cleveland with my wife, daughter and two cats. As a young attorney, I look forward to many years of learning, assisting clients, and making a difference in the community through my practice.

Excellent Attorney
I came to Chaz with a property boundary issue with my neighbor. Chaz drafted an agreement that more than satisfied my neighbor and me, and put the issue to rest. Chaz was great at providing me information relating to the issue and was very responsive. I would definitely work with him again.
