Donna Taylor-Kolis was the attorney assigned to review my medical malpractice case. My doctor made a major error during my surgery, requiring over 30 days in the hospital and an additional surgery to correct the error. In addition to the extended hospital stay, I have continuing chronic pain. Donn...a agreed to look at the case, then just kept telling me to call her after my doctors appointments. I contacted her after one of my appointments, and she said that my current doctor told her that my chronic pain was not a result of the surgery, and therefore I did not have a case. I was later informed by my current doctor that he was never contacted and had not talked to the attorney's office.
