10 days before the 2yr statute of limitations to file suit… my mom and dad are hit with a $50,000 lawsuit for a fender bender. My mother who wasn’t even in the car is being sued because she allowed my dad to drive the vehicle. The car belongs to both of them. They were both on the insurance. What ki...nd of person thinks it’s ok to try and squeeze that much money out of two retired people? My mother is dying of cancer and now she is being sued for something she had zero to do with. My father who was the driver was stone cold sober. Not speeding. And had my 11yr old daughter in the front seat. There was no recklessness on his part AT ALL. Yes he was sighted as responsible because it was a left hand turn at a light. A green light may I add. HOWEVER, even the cop said he felt bad writing him the ticket because many witnesses saw the woman pull out and in front of him at a high speed.I think it’s disgusting that as a personal injury lawyer who claims to have her clients best interest at heart, be so low as to file a claim such as this. This is an obvious money grab. An ambulance chasing lawyer looking to take advantage of a sick dying woman and her husband. We should be suing the plaintiff for pain and suffering. My father has ptsd from this. My daughter who was in the car still has nightmares. The stress of this has only made things worse on my mothers health. AND don’t get me started about how being without a car after the accident prevented her from going to chemotherapy. There’s a special place for lawyers and people who file claims like this. A very special place.

I hired La Salvia two years ago to handle a car accident claim. The other party was cited as being at fault and I sustained neck and back injuries as a result. Christine refuses to accept the fact that the Cleveland Clinic does NOT write reports and their doctors DO NOT testify in court. She was t...old to hire an expert witness which in my case she refused to accept that fact. I had to release her from the case before she damaged my claim and my reputation with the court.

Christine is the best at what she does. She will go that extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied as a client. She is very fair and fights for her clients. I wouldn’t trust anyone else other then Christine with any type of personal injury case. She also has an excellent as well as caring staff;... I just recently had a case finalized by Christine after it sat with another firm for two years with no action. It was a highway speed, serious collision (life flight) with the other party being at fault. Once it became Christine's case, I was very happy with the speed at which things started happen...ing. This lady is very knowledgeable, aggressive, and thorough in every aspect of the suit from beginning to end. She was very pleasant in all of our dealings, and has great connections for any kind of expert medical opinions someone may need. We talked about expectations early on in the proceedings and I was happy with where the case would likely be resolved. Ultimately, she ended up beating my initial expectations which was the best possible outcome. If I were ever in need of a personal injury lawyer again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Christine.

I was introduced to Christine by a prominent Cleveland PI attorney who pursued my case and then decided to park it with someone less experienced and with fewer resources than needed as he obviously decided it was not as lucrative when his partner listened to facts I had shared earlier. The case was c...omplicated and frustrating with multiple accidents, complex injuries (including TBIs), and the oddest pair of defendants ever. Christine was generally good natured and supportive, but she did not seem to have the resources to do the case justice. She ultimately walked away less than a month before the first case needed to be file without ever really giving a good reason. The case filecwhen it found a new home was missing not only detailed medical records but yearsxof tax returns and other items. It is still hard to understand what happened. I think she might be fine for a simple PI case, but I would look for an attorney or firm with more resources and a verifiable record if your case is more complicated. And expect to do 99% of the work.
