Unprepared
I am done with this attorney, he does not use the computer, he does NOT e mail, he does not text...he does not prepare in advance for the hearings, but he DOES fall asleep and DOES care all about his horses...

Worst lawyer ever
So we went in and basically handed him a slam dunk case we had pretty much won! He hardly contacted us, missed a court date, and couldn't remember our case when he got in the room! He failed to present evidence and had no knowledge of any of the stacks of information we gave him. He was falling asl...

Falls asleep during appointments
He's a nice guy when he's awake. He is very unorganized. He failed to file paperwork in my case in proper time and so be it I ended up losing because of it. He overcharges while you do your own legwork.
