Allison St. Clair Breneman

Attorney Breneman recently represented me in my OVI case. I cannot emphasize enough what an impeccable job she did throughout my entire case. From the very beginning, Attorney Breneman was extremely organized, well-prepared and diligent. Prior to my first court appearance, Attorney Breneman completed... discovery, communicated with the prosecutor and prepared and filed a motion to suppress. At my first court appearance, Attorney Breneman negotiated an excellent plea agreement with the prosecutor. She subsequently advocated on my behalf for the court to accept said plea agreement. The court ultimately accepted the plea agreement. I am extremely pleased with the results. Throughout the entire process, Attorney Breneman exemplified extreme professionalism and organization. I felt extremely confident in her representation of me from the commencement to the conclusion of my case. I would highly recommend Attorney Breneman; she truly could not have done a better job representing me. I hope that I never find myself being charged with a crime in the future, but if I am, I would definitely retain Attorney Breneman to represent me.

Allison has represented me in several cases she is very professional and she works hard for her clients not the money in my opinion and she is also very compassionate and understanding but she does not play with the legal system or take any mess she will get you the results that you are looking for I... have never done one day as long as she has been my lawyer a lot of times I didn’t even know how she did it but she won I trust her with my life seeing as though she has saved it on several occasions in court she is a great attorney in my book
