37 year old single mother of 3 young boys was killed in collision with van which was towing Arnold's trailer loaded with Arnold's skid steer loader and other equipment. Trailer was leased to Amish man ... who didn't drive, who in turn connected the trailer to van that didn't have proper equipment to operate the trailer brakes. Had trailer brakes worked, the collision would have been avoided. Pursued Arnold Lumber for negligently entrusting van to unqualified individual and allowing that individual to tow the trailer in violation of statutory requirements concerning trailer brakes
