Thomas Boynton Bralliar Jr.

I was referred to Thomas Bralliar, by a family lawyer, about 2 years ago. From my first call with Tom, he was very professional, easy to talk too, and sounded like he truly cared about my case. Tom has excellent follow-up skills, I never had to worry if or when I would hear back from him. Tom’s communication skills are top notch, he never talks down to me and does not use “big” words that the average person would not understand. His charges are very fair and he is respectful to keep the fees at a minimum. Thomas Bralliar, will be our family (non-criminal) lawyer for years to come. We are a professional couple in our 60's with 2 adult children. We met Thomas Bralliar about 15 years ago and since then we have used him exclusively, and on several occasions, for non criminal legal issues encountered by either one of us or by one of our 2 adult children, now in their 30's. Examples... are any situations related traffic, divorce. and financial issues including foreclosure. We have always been extremely pleased and grateful to Mr. Bralliar for what we considered to be excellent resolutions. He is very smart about the law, is a good communicator, has a straightforward, common sense attitude and explains to the client different routes one could take in a legal issue, the pro's and con's of each, and the projected outcomes and costs of various routes. He is aware that no one wants to be buried in legal fees and keeps his fees to a minimum. Just the opposite of ever padding or overcharging, he will decline to charge for small things like certain communications, sometimes even time consuming ones, in order to keep costs down. Thus, his charges seem very reasonable to us. He is our "go to" person in any situation including legal issues other that wills and trusts, as we had a lawyer who specialized in that before we met Mr. Bralliar and had those items in place already. On one or two occasions we asked Mr. Bralliar for advice and because the topic was not in an area of his expertise or perhaps it was for our out of town adult child, he found a name for us to call instead and made sure it was someone we could trust and whose rates were reasonable like his are. I consider us and our adult children to be very lucky to have met Mr. Bralliar and for us to have had access to his legal advice and services over the past 15 years. We will continue to use him in any and all situations in which we need legal advice. To me, that is the highest recommendation I can give. We have never even thought of finding or using another attorney since we met him. One final item to mention is that he is so knowledgeable about the law that on a few occasions he noticed the other side's attorney had missed some fine point of the law that negated the entire case and based on this he filed to have the entire case thrown out of court before a court date was even set. This is the kind of timely, smart action you want from your attorney, and this is the type of functioning on his part that really helps keep costs down as issues are resolved in our favor or even thrown out of court prior to the court date. We consider ourselves very lucky to have Thomas Bralliar as our attorney.
