Biography
For 29 years I have helped countless people "get back on their feet" after suffering devastating injuries and losses caused by someone else's negligence. We've successfully obtained liablity insurance payments for injured clients helping them with their medical bills, lost wages, out-of-pocket expenses and permanent pain and suffering.
WE DON'T ADVERTISE ON TELEVISION! My clients are referred to me by friends, neighbors, co-workers, family and former clients. I am also honored to have several attorneys (even opposing counsel from previous cases) call on me to help co-counsel cases when needed. My personal relationship with past and present clients extends far beyond any meaningless commercial any law firm pays to have on television.

Excellent Lawyer
After bad experience with another lawyer's unwillingness to take my case, Rich took over and got the job done. In fact, it never had to go to court. I was owed a good deal of money for artwork sold through a gallery. After months of not getting paid, Mr. Vadnal's letter to the gallerist was enough...
