Dan Williams handled my OVI (DWI) case in Willoughby Ohio. I had 4 charges: ovi (.156); seatbelt; driving recklessly; and driving with a suspended license. It was my first time with such charges and I was a travelling visitor from out of town. Needless to say these were significant offenses, bu...t Dan was great with hearing my situation and coming up with a proper defense. All these charges were significantly reduced to a lesser misdemeanor non moving violation (with no DL points) of 'Control of Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence', and a voluntary agreement to take a 3 day Driver's Ed prevention course.
