Mark A. Ziccarelli

A graduate of Mentor High School, Mark A. Ziccarelli graduated magna cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1976, where he was admitted into Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from Ohio State University in 1979.

Following graduation from law school, Mark Ziccarelli entered private practice, and since then he has specialized in the areas of personal injury, domestic relations, worker’s compensation, business litigation and misdemeanor criminal cases, appearing before both state and federal courts. Mr. Ziccarelli has appeared in court in hundreds of cases involving his area of practice.   Mr. Ziccarelli is licensed to practice law before all State and Federal Courts in Ohio, including the United States Federal District Court and Sixth District Court of Appeals.  Unlike many attorneys, Mr. Ziccarelli is not afraid to go to trial on behalf of clients. He enjoys the opportunity to fight for each case.

Mr. Ziccarelli also serves as a magistrate in the Willoughby Municipal Court since 2001, and has served as president of the Lake County Bar Association. Mr. Ziccarelli has served on the Ohio Supreme Court Board for the certification of attorneys as specialists, and was a trustee for several years for the Ohio Association of Justice.  Mark Ziccarelli has also has served as an expert witness in multiple cases.  He is a distinguished member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Lake County Bar Association and American Bar Association.

Mr. Ziccarelli is also licensed since 1981 to practice law in the state of Florida

Mark Ziccarelli has been a partner at the law firm since 1985. He is married to Shawn and has two boys who attend Ohio Wesleyan University and Lake Catholic High School. He enjoys spending time outside when the weather allows it.
