Nicholas Goedde

Using his legal background and skills, Nicholas D. Goedde guides clients through the complexities of estate planning and administration.

Mr. Goedde is part of the Firm’s Estate Planning, Trust and Probate practice group. He focuses on helping clients plan and administer their estates through various tools such as estate plans, trusts, living wills and powers of attorney. He regularly assists client with complex issues such as blended families, special needs planning, multistate property ownership and changes in marital status.

Mr. Goedde brings a well-rounded legal background to his practice. He has worked at multiple law firms, interned at a law office during his undergraduate years, and clerked at a firm while attending law school. He also gained hands-on experience through the University of Toledo’s Civil Advocacy Clinic, where he provided legal services to underserved members of the community.

A native of Northwest Ohio, Mr. Goedde earned his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law and his B.S. in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University. During law school, he served as president of the Student Bar Association and was a contributing articles editor for the University of Toledo Law Review.

Outside of the office, Mr. Goedde enjoys spending time with his family on the water and is an avid golfer.
