OUTCOME: Property division upheld on appeal

Divorce in marriage that lasted only 21 days. Magistrate awarded 50 percent of value of marital residence to Wife, even though Husband paid 100 percent of the purchase price in cash. This result was o ... verturned by trial judge on a motion to correct errors. Appeal followed and Husband prevailed. This case is important precedent for the proposition that even though a trial Court must consider all deviation factors in dividing marital property, the decree does not have to specifically enumerate each deviation factor.
