Miinick was a 46 year old man who had worked all his adult life. In his mid-40's, he began experiencing debilitating pain all over his body. Doctors diagnosed him with Fibromyalgia and indicated he wou ... ld have difficulty completing work tasks involving twisting, bending, and stooping. A Social Security over-ruled Minnick's doctors and denied his claim. I filed suit in District Court and, when that failed, in the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
