Horrid treatment
He had me in tears when I was the victim of domestic violence. I was afraid of him. Gave him thousands up front; case got dropped and I never received a penny back. Glad to see he finally went to far and the law caught up with him. Bad news.

Bad lawyer
Horrible lawyer. I wish I would have seen this review before hiring this clown. He never would return calls even when you tell his staff it is very time sensitive. Could not care less about your case and always wants money upfront. He does not keep you informed on status of case, upcoming court ...

Real Estate Law Suit
We lived 17 months out of our home....in limbo..out of boxes. Our case was dismissed without predjudice because this law firm did not do their job. We had a year to refile but could not handle any more. Mr. Haynes is a wonderful man, but we feel takes on way tooooo many cases to do justice to any ...

Client Review
At first seemed like he would really be helpful. Then he never returned phone calls, was not informed of court dates, hearings, etc. Office staff rude. Would like to have a refund.
