This man was appointed to my husbands child support case, when I went with him to meet Umoltz I was appalled at the way he spoke to us. He wouldn't give us any straight answers and said "Well you wouldn't be in this situation had you paid child support" he made it seem as though money is just easy to... come by even though my husbands paperwork clearly states he's been unemployed and recently released from jail, it has been impossible to make any payments. Umholtz insisted that he was just a deadbeat dad who brought this upon himself, and even had the audacity to insult him for getting me his WIFE preganant. Obviously we fired him, we don't need an attorney who believes he is God's gift to the world. Not everyone is made of money.
