Heidi Monika Cisan

Heidi, a resident of Chesterland, joined the firm in 1989 and became a Principal in 2001.  She primarily practices in the area of family law. She counsels clients on the broad range of issues that arise in divorce and dissolution matters, including the division of marital assets, spousal support, child support, and child custody and visitation issues. She helped draft new parenting time guidelines for Geauga County.  Heidi also assists clients in the administration of estates, guiding them through the probate process. She is also experienced in the law relating to condominiums and homeowners associations, working with real estate developers on a variety of issues, including drafting the documents necessary to create residential and commercial condominium developments and cluster developments, and to establish and operate condominium and other homeowners associations.
