Grateful for legal advice

I approached Ben with an issue I encountered with my recent house closing. Ben listened to the issue and then provided me a few options. While I wasn't able to proceed after researching in more detail, I greatly appreciate Ben spending his time with me and providing direction. Establishing a Distribution Company

Our group of about 30 independent dealers was recently asked by our common vendor to establish a distribution company to fit their new approach to the market. CLF worked with us to design a MMLLC tailored to our group, helped us to negotiate a favorable distribution agreement with our primary vendor..., including IP issues, and name and logo rights. CLF provided excellent service and results at a rate that fit our start-up budget.

Merger Transaction

I have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Calkins' firm on multiple occasions. In 2018, and 2019 Pars Capital hired the Calkins Law Firm to handle the legal aspects of merger transaction. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable in performing the transaction details and offering valuable a...dvice when constructing the transaction structure. The firm performs within timelines that are sometime very aggressive due to nature of the work we do. I will certainly not hesitate to hire the firm on future transactions.
