I hired rich, he did not do anything fot me except call my ex’s lawyer and tell them everything that I told rich I wanted done. He is affraid to take anything to court. He lets other lawyers decide where the case should go. Does not help you at all. Then after he charges you thousands of dollars with...out going to court will quit. He then cries about how he ran for judge and lost.. if your looking for a lawyer who will charge you thousands with absolutely not accomplishing anything he is the guy for you. Really has no trial time. Will not go in front of judge. Cries on your time. Terrible terrible lawyer. Would be better if you reposented your self

I hired Richard Ramsey to assist me through a probate situation. Once I retained him he stopped communicating with me. He claims to have sent a letter to the probate lawyer but I've never received any copies of the letter and the probate lawyer has sent it out to other parties involved and I've yet t...o even see it. I've emailed and called leaving messages with questions and asking to return my call but it never happened. This has gone on for a month now. I'm not sure what he has even done for me because of his lack of communication. I finally got ahold of him today and he screamed at me saying I accused him of not taking my case seriously. How could I not feel this way when the numerous emails and calls went unanswered. He claims to have been out of town and busy but it's been going on for a month now with little to no communication with me.

In my experience, he was easily intimidated by my ex family member who work within the Justice System ~ he has to work in the Justice Center everyday, so he was more concerned about what was in their best interest rather then what the interest was for his client (later I got another attorney who was ...in total disbelief that Attorney Ramsey did not persue my best interest - bad situation). If you're looking for real help from counsel, this isn't it!
