NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!

Most ridiculous law experience I have ever had. Went to the "changing of will" appointment only to find out that the secretary forgot to document the appointment. She flipped out and started talking very rude to me, due to her mistake, so I asked her "Why are you giving me an attitude?" She literally... started screaming at the top of her lungs "call the police, call the police"!!! Can't make this stuff up, lol. Then David LaRue came out from the back to try to figure out what was going on. What do I say at this point? lol. Anyway, I explained the appointment, so he looked quickly and said he had no record of any conversation or appointment with my dad, insinuating my dad got it wrong, but could schedule one. He then looked at my dad and said, "You wanted to make changes about your wife passing and a few other things correct?" Now how in the world would he know what changes were needed if they had no record of any conversation or appointment and besides that, I am the one that wrote down the appointment information and was with my dad when he called, lol. This went on for about 10 to 15 minutes with the secretary still screaming and crying at the top of her lungs while having a nervous breakdown or something the entire time. There were other clients there, probably scared to death over the screaming secretary. She was throwing herself around and just WOW... My dad looked at me like, let's get the heck out of here... I would have felt bad for her if not for the way she verbally attacked me at first for absolutely nothing I did. She definitely has major issues, needs to seek help and should not be working with the public. After letting David know we would be seeking a different attorney, he said the secretary was his wife... Can't run a competent business with this type of an employee, who was obviously responsible for the appointment error.. Poor guy..
