Officers accused the defendant of driving under the influence of alcohol and interfering with police officers. When they arrested her, she objected to the arrest and allegedly kicked and resisted them ... . Two body camera videos were introduced as evidence as was the dashboard video from the police car. The DUI was dismissed on a State v. Graves motion and the jury heard (and saw) the evidence of the interference charge. Within minutes, they returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY. The defendant was immediately released without further consequence.
