Frank Allen McClure

Frank A. McClure's practice is focused in the areas of Estate Planning (including Asset protection), and Elder Law. With these areas he hopes to help people to see that they have the power and ability to make decisions through their planning, so they can keep control of their life and improve the lives of those that they love.

Frank received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College, his law degree from Ohio Northern College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1975. In the middle of his Law school career he spent 3 years in the United States Army, before returning to law school to finish his Juris Doctorate degree (JD). He has earned the designation of Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) from the National Association of Estate Planning Councils.

Over his 38 years of practice of Law in Cambridge, Ohio a major component of his practice has been estate planning. He has always been appalled by the statistic that only 35% of all American's have any plan in place. Therefore, in 1999 he found a way to keep his education and skill level ahead of the changing world of estate planning, by joining the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys (NNEPPA). By doing this he has gained the education and continuing update of knowledge and skills of the ever expanding estate planning and asset protection field. Next he joined what would become Lawyers with Purpose (LWP), which has provided education and skills in the Elder Law, Medicaid and VA planning. He is also affiliated with the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He is a member and past Chairperson of the Ohio Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys, and a member and past president Tri-County Estate Planning Council. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and its Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law Section.

Frank is a noted speaker on Estate Planning topics and has spoken throughout Ohio and nationally on many occasions for the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys.
