Shelley E. Hibburt is associate counsel with Zellar & Zellar, Attorneys at Law, Inc. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oakland University and Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. Ms. Hibburt relocated to the State of Ohio in 2013 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2014. She was admitted in the U.S. District Court, Northern District in 2015.
