Biography
I am very passionate about the legal profession and handle every case with skill and diligence.
I have been successful in getting numerous Felony and Misdemeanor charges (including OVI's) reduced or dismissed. My training includes completion of a comprehensive course of study in DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing using the NHTSA curriculum.
Furthermore, I have obtained large settlements for individuals and their families who were killed or seriously injured in motor vehicle/motorcycle accidents involving commerical trucks and passenger vehicles. A couple of the settlements obtained were for 12 million dollars and 1.5 million dollars.
Lastly, I have obtained fair and equitable awards in many Divorce cases and Custody and/or Shared Parenting in cases involving minor children.

OVI Defense

I feel that David Mortimer did an excellent job on my case!
I hired David Mortimer because I heard he was the best in town, I contacted him as soon as my situation became a problem and he was very helpful. My case ended up doing from a F2 charge to a M1 charge, I’m very satisfied with my results and plan to hire him again in the future for my legal needs.
