OUTCOME: Trustee lost. Court ruled that the debtor could keep the vehicle and pay what the debtor as paying per the original plan

Case dealt with the client who wanted to keep a vehicle purchased shortly before the chapter 13 case was filed. We were paying the amount of the debt to the creditor but the trustee thought that more ... should be paid to unsecured creditors. Credtiros were receiving a distribution under the plan which was more than nominal. Trustee sought to have the vehicle surrendered and to have the client get another vehicle whichwould allow more money to be paid to unsecured creditors
