OUTCOME: Not Guilty

In this DUI case, the officer asserted my client had driven erratically and failed all three field sobriety tests (FSTs). I was able to attack both the officer's performance of the FST's and the effec ... tiveness of the FST's themselves. I was also able to utilize my client's chemical exposure at work to explain his driving and his performance on FSTs.
