He's great at harassing grieving families and helping criminals exploit the elderly. He's happy to accept money from people other than his actual client so people without standing can harass family members using this person's expertise. He gives advice that can cost you upwards of $14000, but why sho...uld he care? He bills by the hour, so whatever happens to vulnerable, elderly clients doesn't matter at all to him. Run. Just run the other way.

Phil is extremely thorough, using layman's terms, in explaining what needs to be done , why it needs to be done, and how it should be done. The service is very friendly and the results excellent.
