Rose Mary Mock

Through the course of several weeks, I had taken what I believed to be the proper steps to help get my mother qualified for medicaid and associated services. By all rights, especially considering her income level, she obviously fulfilled the requirements at both the state and federal levels for medi...caid services. Through circumstances I never clearly understood, my mother was denied those services for which I had made application for her. Now extremely frustrated and with the urgent need to see that proper and affordable care for my mother was obtained, I sought guidance from the Toledo Bar Association who recommended Rose Mary Mock. Rose Mary responded immediately, came to my mother's residence, thoroughly investigated her circumstances and clearly agreed that my mother indeed should have qualified for and have been receiving the previously mentioned benefits and services. Rose Mary scheduled a meeting with me and Job and Family Services and offered sound advice during that meeting to help me get my mother qualified. Within the week, my mother was accepted for the requested and badly needed services. Without Rose Mary's insight, professional knowledge of the system, and her genuine concern for the welfare of my mother, I may never have gotten the services my mother so desperately needed. I have and continue to recommend her services to anyone that I come in contact with that may need the same or similar services.
