Phyllis Denise Flowers

I want to thank Attorney Phyllis Flowers for her expert council and assistance in helping me file my petition for disability benefits. I developed a debilitating eye condition over 3 years ago, which has adversely impacted my life profoundly, and was strongly encouraged by several individuals to seek... expert legal advice.
