Timothy John VanTuinen

I am a registered patent attorney and am admitted to practice in the State of Ohio. I have focused my practice on intellectual property law for over eleven years and work with clients to develop strategic intellectual property portfolios. My practice includes drafting and prosecuting both domestic and foreign patent and trademark applications, conducting patentability analyses and patent and trademark searches, and performing clearance opinions. I work with clients that span the entrepreneurial spectrum, including start-ups and large corporations.

I am actively involved in many organizations that contribute to the development of the entrepreneurial spirit that is currently growing at a rapid pace in our region, including the Warehouse District in downtown Toledo where our office is located. In addition, I have been a member of the Board of Directors at the Toledo School for the Arts for the past five years and consider this school to be one of the greatest assets of downtown Toledo.
