Merv is upfront with you from the start. He doesn't waste your time and money. He is efficient and keeps the process moving along. He is always willing to answer questions and actually HAS answers not the usual vague, middle of the road answers that other attorneys give to glaze over things and put y...ou off for awhile. I recommend Merv to everyone even if they have a need for an attorney in an area that he doesn't specialize in, because I trust him and know he will be able to recommend someone to them that will be as good as he is.

Merv was a great attorney. He was very informative. He never sugarcoated anything, so if you are looking for an attorney to tell you want you want to hear, forget it. Merv will tell you like it is. He always kept the other attorney's in the case moving. His office always drafted the necessary paperwo...rk in order to get the other parties to sign the paperwork as fast as possible. When I would speak with friends about our case and the things we had to deal with, they would always say, "I hope you don't have to go up against Merv Sharfman, he is tough." I would then reply with, "Merv is OUR attorney." they would then say, you are lucky, he is best. We continue to contact him regarding the case because what we currently have is Temporary Custody and our future goal it to gain full custody and eventually adopt. MERV is the best! He may talk a lot and sometimes take a while in the conversation to give you your answer, but he always gives it to you.
