Good for minor issues
Would be ok to hire for maybe a quick traffic issue or something small. I hired him for criminal and you want to remind him that you are his boss and not the other way around. Can get rude with you and a bit unprofessional. Would not recommend yet, he has a lot to learn before he is good.
