Associate Attorney in the Business and Estate Planning Department at Anspach Law in Toledo, Ohio with a focus in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, elder law, business succession planning, probate, tax compliance, business transactions, and franchising.
Prior to joining the firm, I provided legal services for the Office of the United States Attorney in the Northern District of Ohio. In that capacity, I assisted in the prosecution of federal crimes, including large-scale drug conspiracies, white collar fraud cases, and crimes against children.
Additionally, I managed and advised a local condominium association, where I performed bookkeeping and financial planning services, along with legal services involving real estate transactions, contract disputes, debt collection, and civil litigation.
I currently serve as a Trustee with the Toledo Women’s Bar Association and previously served on various committees. I also serve on the University of Toledo’s Paralegal Advisory Board, where I provide advice and guidance to further grow and develop the Paralegal Studies Program.
