Jason Mark Van Dam

Jason focuses his practice on civil litigation defense, with an emphasis on defending those who have been sued for professional malpractice and personal injury. Jason serves clients ranging from large hospitals and railroads to local businesses and families, and his clients actively involve him in all phases of the litigation process – investigation, trial, and appeal. To Jason, litigation is about identifying and managing risk, and his clients value his thorough analysis, advice, and candor.

Even though he was born and raised in Canada, Jason has developed strong ties to the Northwest Ohio community.  Before law school, Jason played football for Bowling Green State University. Now, he and his family reside in the Toledo, Ohio area.
