Biography
Before attending law school, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Monroe County Community College with an Associate’s Degree and Cum Laude from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
I earned my Juris Doctor with litigation concentration and Cum Laude honors from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During law school, I served as an Associate Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review and earned the John D. Voelker Award for significant contributions to the publication of the Law Review. The Law Review then invited me to serve in the position of Managing Associate Editor.
After passing the Ohio Bar exam, I started his own law office. In the middle of 2012, I became “Of Counsel” with the Law Office of Kurt M. Young, LLC where I handle workers’ compensation appeals to the trial and appellate courts.
