The majority of my practice has been litigation oriented, with an emphasis on environmental related issues and matters, but my experience has included contract disputes, wrongful death defense, labor matters, premises matters, election law, as well as many other disputes.

Representation has encompassed all areas of environmental law, with largest percentage in the areas of RCRA regulatory matters and CERCLA matters, but with significant work involving issues under the CAA, CWA, TSCA and other regulatory programs at the federal and multiple state levels. practice has included the full range of environmental practice from regulatory development, enforcement, administrative proceedings and litigation.
