The BMV will allow you to enter into a payment plan for $50 per month. The only other option is to file bankruptcy. Best of luck to you.

You really need to hire an attorney to help you out with this. You should be able to get driving privileges if you lose your license.

You really need a public defended to assist you. When these cases are amended to misdemeanors, it is almost always a first-degree misdemeanor.

Yes! You can (and should) go over to your common pleas court and request a CPO. When they serve him with it, he will be required to leave...
