Why I don't comment on cases.

OUTCOME:

Although I'm not being critical of others who do, I do not publish information to the public about my cases. I hold my clients' confidentiality in high regard, and I do not want my former of future cli ... ents to have a concern that I will place any of their information online for the world to see. Also, to be candid, it seems unlikely that an attorney would publicize any cases other than their very best. Despite our best efforts, the nature of our work can result in difficult outcomes. I do not want to mislead the public by solely publishing the best of my thousands of case outcomes.
