As Village Solicitor for several villages, I am called upon to prosecute criminal cases regularly and review, approve, and advise regarding contracts and other Village business.
I strive to help people establish sound, fiscally responsible businesses in order to plan for succession, insulate liability, and gain the best possible tax advantages.
I concentrate mainly the areas of misdemeanor law, including OVI (DUI).
16 years, 100 cases
Having been born and raised in rural Wood County Ohio and growing up on a farm, I bring an interesting perspective, along with a common-sense, no-nonsense approach to the practice of law. However, my professional experience in an urban setting (New York City) also lends an interesting slant to my practice, allowing me to help my clients achieve the best possible result while maintianing professionalism and efficiency.
