As an adult she married a U.S. soldier stationed at Fort Irwin, CA. last year the family retained me to assist the undocumented ... spouse in obtaining permanent residency status. Even though she entered illegally the Los Angeles District Director agreed to grant the wife "parole in place" status, thereby opening up the opportunity to seek permanent residency status. The clients were interviewed at USCIS on April 10, 2013 and awarded permanent residency status without ever having to leave the U.S.!
