OUTCOME: The Jury awarded $30,000,000. The South Carolina Supreme Court reversed the verdict and remanded for a new trial. Thereafter, the case settled.

This was a dram shop case. A jury found that a Texaco station sold a group of underaged children alcohol. In the resulting wreck, the client was severely injured.
