Megan Elizabeth Ward

I am deeply concerned about the conduct of Megan in handling sensitive information related to my case. She disclosed my personal information, including my Social Security number, in the discovery process, making it accessible to the defendant who has been harassing me. When I reached out to express m...y concerns, her response was dismissive, stating that “the defendant can’t do much with a Social Security number.” As a result of this disclosure, I now have to take extensive security measures, including placing all three of my credit profiles on lockdown. This situation has left me with ongoing concerns about potential identity theft at the hands of someone who has already caused me distress. Given these circumstances, I strongly believe that Megan’s actions demonstrate a lack of professionalism and concern for victim safety. It is critical that individuals in her position handle sensitive information with the utmost care to protect those they serve.

Megan was the best thing that ever happen to me!! She took on my case that other attorneys would not. She was by my side through every panic attack and believed in me when I couldn’t believe in myself!! She showed CPS how wrong they were from the get go saying I was unfit to care for my granddaughter.... I would have never won the case if it was not for Megan Ward!
