OUTCOME: Settled after mediation

This was a Wyandot County Probate Court case which pitted a second wife against the surviving children of the decedent. A declaratory judgment action was filed asking the court to award the decednt's ... farm land to my clients, the surviving children. After discovery and mediation the case was settled giving my clients the majority of the rights to the farm land. The land was sold and the clients obtained a settlement of over $250,000.
