Dismissal of DWI/DUI Charges
Dec 21, 2017OUTCOME: The Administrative Law Judge overturned the suspension and our client was able to continue driving as a commercial driver. No criminal charges were brought by the District Attorney.
Our client, a driver with a commercial driver's license (CDL) was arrested for DWI. the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections Office of Motor Vehicle suspended his license because the a ... rresting officer contended that he refused a blood test. After the administrative hearing where our client testified that he did not refuse a blood test, the Administrative Law Judge recalled the suspension of our client's driver's license, and our client was able to continue driving as a commercial driver. No criminal charges were brought by the District Attorney.
