Thomas Salvatore Molitierno

Thomas S. Molitierno is a 1978 graduate of the DefianceCollege and a 1982 graduate of Toledo University College of Law. 

He was admitted to practice in Ohio in 1982.  He was also admitted to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern District of Ohio and the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

Mr. Molitierno began his legal career with Reynolds Legal Clinic and joined the law firm of James Marlatt in 1983.   He operates a general practice firm and has practiced bankruptcy law since 1983, having appeared in bankruptcy matters in all three federal districts to which he is admitted.

Mr. Molitierno is sole member of the law firm bearing his name in Fayette, Ohio, which opened in 1984 after the death of James Marlatt, mainly practicing in the following areas of law:

Bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights with extensive experience representing debtors in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings; domestic relations; personal injury; criminal law, real estate and probate court matters.
