He's not helpful, knowledgeable, nor cooperative, nor worked in the best interest of my mother. Not willing to help enforcing my mother's Health Care Directive with me as First Agent. The nursing home and my brother (POA) were ill-informed, did not try much to get her needed medicines nor followed p...rotocol. Stopped her cancer medications and told no one until I found , accidentally, that she had not been getting it for two months! I got them in a week and a half! But by then it was too late - she died about a week alter because this fast growing cancer had not been contained due to lack of her medication.
