I hired and gave all prior court documentation and this lawyer did not use due diligence or prudence in my action now I have been roped into paying my physically abusive husband whom closed my personal bank accounts on two accessions I must pay 65,000,00 at 19.10 per month with no interest unfortunat...ely I feel there needs to be where this cannot be transferred nor assigned I will not live 300+ years nor will my soon to be ex. This action awaits the magistrate whom approved the agreement Both attorneys and Judge North signature.
