Client lost 100% use of his arm from the shoulder down when a dog cable that he was handling was run over by a bush hog grass cutting machine. The cable ripped through his arm and completely degloved ... (imagine removing a glove) all muscle, tendons and ligaments, from his bicep to his wrist. The at fault party was uncooperative to the point that Mr. Matt had a sheriff's deputy pick him up and escort him to court. Despite the apparent attempt by defendant to hide any insurance coverage, Mr. Matt was able to discover insurance coverage and recover 100% of the policy limit.
