I was driving one night on icy road conditions when I missed my exit & decided to take one of those u-turns to get going the other way. I got stuck on black ice, so I called AAA. But before they arrived, a cop noticed that I was on a U-turn & he wrote me a ticket for reckless operation. (That's six p...oints on your license.) Attorney Andrew Schumann pointed out to the judge that I was simply disobeying a road sign making a U-turn, not driving recklessly. The judge agreed, reduced my charge & I was released to pay the fine, (plus court costs.) Andrew Schuman is a "go-to" guy who knows the law & the one I will go to again when I need him.
