On March 26, 2012, Sherry McKenzie left Tupelo High School where she taught school and was heading to the Alpha House to tutor abused and neglected children. One her way there, a car ran a stop sign an ... d t-boned her vehicle, causing her to suffer significant injuries including a torn rotator cuff and significant damage to her car. Sherry enlisted the services of Tannehill, Carmean, & McKenzie to assist her in recovering compensation for her lost wages, damaged vehicle, and medical bills. TCM filed suit when the insurance company refused to adequately compensate her. TCM aggressively pursued the claim and the insurance company buckled with the trial date looming.
